About Us

Scrumoholics was founded in mid-2019. Initially, it was a meetup community Chungan built for Agile practitioners having issues practicing the Scrum framework or any Agile approaches in general. People joined in to seek valuable insights from others and share their practical experiences in the field. 

The meetup group, Scrumoholics had been a well-known and respected virtual repository for all Agile-related presentations, workshops, discussions, and networking in Taiwan during the first two years.

After successfully co-organizing the first-ever Regional Scrum Gathering in Taipei, Taiwan, Chungan decided to transform this establishment into a private business that offers training and consulting services to organizations looking for guidance on implementations in enterprise transformation with Lean-Agile practices.
